If you’re reading this, there’s a pretty high likelihood that you get a period. And if you get a period, there’s an even higher likelihood you’ve got a story about it. Whether funny, embarrassing, empowering or downright terrifying, periods tend to inspire strong emotions. That’s why by Kt by Knix created the #PeriodOvershare campaign, which aims to fight the stigma against periods by bringing these stories into the open and showing the world there’s nothing to be embarrassed about.

How does it work?
Make an Instagram Reel or TikTok sharing your own #PeriodOvershare story, then use the #PeriodOvershare hashtag and tag @ktbyknix and @periodmovement in the post. By sharing your story not only are you helping to fight stigma, you’re donating to someone in need.

How is it helping?
In the first month since the #PeriodOvershare campaign launched, we’ve donated a total of 619 period products to those who need it the most. It’s a great start but we need YOU to reach as many people as possible.
