Happy Pride! We're almost finished with Pride month, but that doesn't mean we have to finish being proud! One of the ways we show our Pride is celebrating and honouring all the colorful and courageous people in our community. This month, we’re chatting with some of the Knixteens we are most proud of. Last up is the amazingly talented and stunning Noelle Jaclyn, who is sharing how she spends Pride!
How are you celebrating pride this month?
Because I just underwent Gender Confirmation Surgery, which has made me the happiest person in the world, I am having a quaint pride with family and close friends.
How do you celebrate pride all year long?
I celebrate pride year-round by hanging out with my out and proud friends and making connections to the queer community as a whole. It’s easy to be proud when you're surrounded by people who feel the same way.
Do you have any advice to your former self?
If I could give my past self advice, I would tell her "Just look towards the future, because everything is fine in the end."
What’s your Pride anthem this year?
I am a Hayley Kiyoko stan, so my pride anthem has to be What I Need with Hayley Kiyoko and Kehlani.
