‘Oh No’ Proof Underwear
For hygiene reasons (it’s period underwear, afterall) we don’t accept returns on any Knixteen panties. However, we want everyone who tries out Knixteen to not regret it. If you are unsatisifed with your order, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our absolute best to help you out!
All of our Teen Bras are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We encourage customers to wash and wear their bra during the 30 day trial period to make sure it isn’t the right fit before returning or exchanging it. Sometimes a bra takes time to mold to your unique shape. If you are not sure what your bra size is, or which bra size you should switch to, you can email email@example.com for a fit consultation before starting your return.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Free promotional swag, e-gift cards, and items purchased from a third-party seller.
Common Return Questions
Is it easy to exchange items?
Totally. Once you confirm your email, it’s as easy as printing your pre-paid shipping label and sending your item(s) back.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
As soon as our team gets your return, you’ll get your store credit or refund within 10 days.
Can I return for a refund?
Yes, all bras purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. It will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Where does my returned bra go?
We donate returned bras to a women’s charity, because we believe all girls deserve an amazing bra.
Can you clarify shipping costs?
We’ll cover all return shipping fees. Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, including exchange orders.
