Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.

That’s up to them and their flow! Thigh Savers absorb about 3 regular tampons worth of period blood and are fit for light to medium days. On heavier days, your teen can feel most confident wearing them as a backup.

Leakproof Thigh Saver 6"

I thought I already submitted a review for this product. Everything good on product except waistband. They slide down. Waistband too loose. Perhaps I need xxx3 instead of xxxx4 with this particular product?
