First Pair Risk-Free Policy:

Because they’re, well, underwear, we can’t accept exchanges or returns on used items. BUT you can try one pair from your first order risk-free for 30 days!

If you ordered the wrong size of period underwear, we’ll send you a different pair at no cost or offer you a standard refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding original shipping fees).

If your order included multiple period underwear, we ask that you only open, wash, and wear one pair of underwear. That way if you don’t love them, any unopened packages from the same purchase will be eligible for an exchange or a standard refund (excluding original shipping fees).

All unopened packages will be donated to local organizations to support people in need.

Clothing (Leggings, Sweats, T-Shirts, Socks and Sleepwear) and Swim items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and with tags and original sanitary strip (swim bottoms and pieces) attached.

The Kt On-The-Daily Bra is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

The On-The-Daily Bra is covered by our Wash and Wear Policy: within 30 days, you may remove the tags/packaging from the bra in order to wash and wear to make sure you’ve got the correct fit. This will not affect return eligibility!

Yes, you can return or exchange your online order to any of our Knix retail stores.

We can help with returns or exchanges for purchases made in store as long as the purchase was made with a credit card. Debit purchases need to be returned or exchanged in the same retail location.

Knixteen covers the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds initiated through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
